Green Monkey Delivery Information

Orders will be normally process in 24 hours and we will aim to dispatch your goods to you within (48hours). Orders received by 2pm Mon-Fri we will aim to dispatch the same day, orders received after 2pm Mon-Fri will be processed the following business day. Orders received Friday after 2pm will be processed Monday. Orders that qualify for FREE DELIVERY placed on friday will be collected on Monday. Orders are sent by Royal Mail delivery up to 1kg and over 1kg sent by courier. All items despatched as soon as possible.  Items despatched with our courier takes 3-5 business days to deliver

Delivery Charges

We are now offering a flat rate delivery charge of £2 to anywhere in the UK up to 15kg, please select £2 flat rate delivery when checking out.

Returns

If you decide for any reason that you wish not to keep an item you can return the item anytime up to 7 working days after the date of delivery. The item must be UNUSED AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING for a full refund to be considered minus the the delivery costs.

If you receive the wrong item or if the item is faulty then please return to us. Please let us know whether you a refund or replacement.

Packaging

When packing your purchases we intend to be as eco-friendly as possible. Where appropriate we will re-use boxes and envelopes and where this is not possible eco-friendly alternatives will be sort eg. 100% bio-degradable mailbags. No packaging will compromise the safe arrival of your purchase.
