The Website is managed by Green Monkey Products Ltd an independent retailer of eco, natural and organic products.

What information do we gather during the order process?
Contact information and email address. We store information enabling logon and reuse of the website and have measures in place to keep from illegal access of your information.
When visitors use the site, information such as the ISP’s domain, the time accessed and the pages visited will be stored by us. This will enable us to analyze web traffic so allowing us to improve our site.
We will not send any emails or newsletters without permission from you.
By leaving your email when requesting a free sample, you are agreeing to have your email address placed on our mailing list solely for our use.

Under the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998 we have a legal duty to protect any information we collect from you. We will not disclose any personal information to any other organization without explicit consent from you or there is a legal obligation to.
MAKING A CONTRACT WITH US
Unless otherwise stated, i.e for items made to order, all orders will follow the process stated below
On receipt of your order, it will be processed and a confirmation email will be sent by us to you. We then will aim to dispatch your goods to you within (48hours). Orders received by 2pm Mon-Fri we will aim to dispatch the same day, orders received after 2pm Mon-Fri will be processed the following business day. Orders received Friday after 2pm will be processed Monday. A dispatch email will be sent to you by us.
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us through delivery of the goods to you at which point a legally binding contract is constituted between us.
To place an order with us, select the category on the homepage, then when choosing item select Add to Cart which will add item to your shopping cart, when you are ready click on checkout and then follow instructions to pay.
The price payable for goods you order is set out on our website. Our prices are inclusive of VAT.
In the unlikely event of a error of pricing on the website, then we are under no obligation to supply you the goods at the incorrect price.
We must receive the whole payment for the goods and any applicable delivery charges in full before your order can be processed.
If you decide for any reason that you wish not to keep an item you can return the item anytime up to 7 working days after the date of delivery. You do not have to give any reason for return but a brief explanation if possible will help us to improve the service we offer.
Non-Faulty items must be returned to us at your own expense in the condition which they were sent out to you, to the following address:

You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
On receipt of goods you will be given a full refund of all monies paid minus the delivery costs but this may take up to 30 days.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights e.g. if the goods are faulty or misdescribed. In the unlikely event this is the case please contact us as soon as possible by email so we can resolve the situation. We will deal with this matter in accordance with your legal rights.
Our website shows prices and delivery terms for the UK mainland, however we do welcome overseas enquiries, please contact us by email.

We accept payment by Visa/MasterCard or any other credit card identified on our site.
1. Credit and charge card payments are subject to validation and authorisation by the card issuer and we will not be liable for any non-delivery or delay if a card issuer refuses to authorise payment.
2. You may also pay for goods by sterling cheque drawn on a UK clearing Bank but the goods will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared.
3. Transmission of your debit or credit card number and other details in relation to payment will be at your own risk. We cannot accept responsibility or liability for failures in transmission of information deletion, non-delivery or failure to store any communications by you
We will not be held liable for delays the delivery process due to conditions outside of our control, eg third party strike action, adverse conditions due to weather or any other situations out of our control which may delay service.

These terms were created on the 20th November 2008 and no previous versions of our standard terms and conditions exist.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
